Residential booking terms
Prices are in pounds sterling and include all cleaning materials, equipment and public liability insurance cover. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Minimum booking of two hours for hourly domestic cleaning. A £15 call-out applies to standalone add-on visits totalling under £50.
Travel is free within Greater London. Congestion Charge, ULEZ and paid parking are recharged at cost where they apply; work outside the M25 is quoted individually.
Fixed-price cleans assume a property in reasonable condition. Where the condition is materially worse than described, a revised price is agreed before work begins.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the quoted price.
Payment is due on completion unless an account has been agreed. Bank transfer, card and standing order accepted.
All end of tenancy cleans carry a 72-hour re-clean guarantee if a landlord or letting agent raises a cleaning issue.
Prices are reviewed quarterly. This list supersedes all previous versions.
